CoreSite network-dense colocation quotes

CoreSite is a United States colocation operator built around network-dense campuses in a defined set of domestic metros. The draw is what you can connect to on site, not breadth of geography.

The company

What CoreSite is

CoreSite sells cabinets, cages and suites inside campuses chosen for carrier and cloud density, wrapped in an interconnection layer that includes cross connects, a cloud exchange, peering fabrics and blended IP for tenants who would rather not source their own transit. Because the footprint is domestic and concentrated, the sales conversation is metro-specific and often campus-specific rather than portfolio-wide. Remote hands and move-in assistance come as part of the package, which matters when your team is nowhere near the site. Quoting stays legible: space, power, cross connects, and whatever IP or exchange ports you take from them.

Comparison

What to weigh CoreSite against

Compare CoreSite with Equinix and Digital Realty in any metro all three serve, and be honest about whether international reach earns its place in your requirement. Against Cologix the split is mostly geographic, since Cologix adds Canadian markets that CoreSite does not serve. Managed servers and security wrapped around the cabinet is a different purchase, and DataBank and Flexential are the closer comparison for it.
